New Token iconpack for x64

This will only work for WIN7 BUILD 7600 X64 (64bit).
I have no part in the icons.
There is also some other icos that i dont recall where i got them.
There are some icons that are made by me .
To copy files to correspond to the corresponding to the folder coverage。
copy imageres.dll to the system32 and the syswow64.
